Orgone generators- or “orgonite” -are energy purifiers. Orgonite contains a 50-50 ratio of organic and inorganic material. It also contains at least one quartz crystal, and often additional crystals. They come in different sizes and shapes, and their main benefit is cleansing, purifiying, balancing, transmuting and adding natural life force energy to anything in the surrounding area. This life force energy has also been called chi, prana, ether, dark matter, zero-point, vacuum flux, etc. Wilhelm Reich termed this universal omnipresent energy as “orgone”. Dr. Reich was an Austrian psychiatrist in the 30’s/40’s who discovered with a geiger counter that by layering organic and inorganic materials, he could draw in the surrounding etheric- or orgone- energy. This energy could be positive (POR) or negative (DOR), depending on the specific environment. He began constructing large boxes called “orgone accumulators”, or “Oracs”. He would have his patients (some that had cancer) sit in them for a half hour at a time, once a week. These patients became healed from their various forms of cancer and other such ailments.
His story is much like Nikola Tesla’s in that his work was suppressed from the general public, and he was ostracized by the scientific community.
Carol Croft, gifted with a keen sense of discrete energies, realized the significance of this finding and took it a step further by adding small quartz crystals to the mixture for their ability to efficiently collect, transmute and emit etheric energy. This addition to the resin/metal matrix creates a substance which functions as a self-driven, continuously-operating, highly efficient DOR→POR (negative to positive) energy transmutation factory.
The quartz crystal, with its piezoelectric properties, amplifies the energy and aids in transforming DOR. Some believe that orgonite without a quartz crystal will over the long term become an orgone accumulator, which can be harmful if it is placed in an area heavy with DOR. The Crofts were also pioneers in the orgonite “gifting” movement, which has now spread worldwide. This is also how the term “towerbusting” came into effect, by “gifters” placing orgonite at places where harmful DOR radiation is emitted: cell/radio/TV towers, polluted lakes/rivers, nuclear and electric power plants, etc.
Karl Hans Welz coined the term “orgonite”. He later trademarked the name, however he did so only in 2005, nearly ten years later when the word had already become a commonly used generic term.
When orgonite is within range of a source of DOR/negative energy, it will efficiently and continuously transform it into POR/positive energy as it is being transmitted, which essentially creates positive energy transmitters out of any and all emitters of harmful negative energy, which are totally defenseless against the effect.
